Kitchen Unit Assembler & General Warehouse Assistant

As part of the warehouse team, you are required to:
Build and assemble bespoke kitchen units;
Check in new stock deliveries, ensuring they match with delivery notes;
Organise the incoming stock;
Pick and load new orders in a timely and accurate manner;
Have an eye for detail to ensure correct products are stored, picked and accounted for;
Be responsible for ensuring the quality of products;
Be a proactive team player with a willingness to help others;
Deliveries to site;
Loading and unloading of products.
The ideal candidate should be:
Keen to take direction and conform to best practices;
Think independently and responsibly;
Have a positive attitude being able to integrate into a small but experienced team easily;
Demonstrate a consistent and reliable work history;
Have a desire to start a career with a successful and growing organisation;
Be a good communicator;
Have a desire to learn and develop;
Have a clean driving licence;
Hold a forklift truck licence (desirable but not essential)
Own vehicle;
Good timekeeper.
The salary is £6.31 per hour with 20 days holiday entitlement per year (5 of these must be saved for Christmas shut down).
Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday To Friday / Occasional Weekend Overtime may be required.
